It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald O'Tool (Lake City, Iowa), born in Auburn, Iowa, who passed away on January 10, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward O'Tool and Nettie O'Tool (Olerich); and his son-in-law Gary Holm. He is survived by: his wife Clarice Nelson; and his daughters, Kathryn Holm of Lake City, Donita Petersen (Sheldon) of Leesburg, VA and Julie Gutgsell (Peter) of Jericho, VT. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donation may be sent to Woodlawn Christian American Baptist Church, 200 N. Woodlawn Ave., Lake City, Iowa 51449.
