She is survived by : her former life partner Jim Richardson of Lake City; her husband Dale of Charles City, IA; her daughters, Diane Richardson of Wyndmoor, PA and Barbara Melody (Jerry) of Lake City, IA; her granddaughter Amber Yonan (Chris); her children, Jake, Katie, Sam of New Jersey, Suzanne O'Brien of Los Angeles, CA, Andy Melody (BreAnne), Shannon, Aiden, Caroline of Lake City, Brian Melody (Jamie), Ben, Kate, Matt of Gilbert, IA, Elizabeth Logan (Schon), Olivia, Charlotte Jean of Sacramento, CA, Marc Melody (Emily), David, Daniel, Iris, Gloria Jean of Lake City, IA, Anne Temeyer (Joe), William, Lydia and James of Pine Island, MN.; and her sister-in-law Beverly Carlson of Fort Dodge. She is also survived by five nieces.
