He is survived by : his wife Joanne Blair of Lake City, IA; his children, Jayme Kuehl (Nate), Evan Blair and Jordanne Fry (Curtis); his grandchildren, Nash, Blair Kuehl, Ella, Eli Blair, Avery and Carter Fry; his siblings, Shanda Blair Graham and Trent Blair (Dee) of Lake City, IA; and his sister-in-law Michelle Blair of Rockwell City, IA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many friends.
