She was predeceased by: her parents, George Millis and Bertha Millis (Green); her husband James "Jesse" Waters, Sr.; and her siblings, Robert Millis and Pearl McCormick.
She is survived by: her children, James "Spudsy" Waters, Jr. of Fort Dodge, Debra Waters of Monticello, MN, Tammy Green (Danny) of Lake City, Larry Waters of Lake City and Tim "Buckwheat" Waters of Lake City; and her siblings, Fred Millis of Lake City and Flossie Hoffmann of Pomeroy. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.
