He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman Beckman and Bertha Beckman; his siblings, Junior, Helen, Lois and Lorraine; and his granddaughter Lauren.

He is survived by : his wife Glenda; his children, Lori (Rick Fernandes), Mike (Linda) and Nanci; and his stepchildren, Stephani and Chad. He is also survived by grandchildren, a great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
