She was predeceased by : her father Paul Hendricks; her daughter Deborah Clark; her brother Roland Hendricks; and her siblings-in-law, Roy Schaffer and Kathy Hendricks.

She is survived by : her mother Bessie Hendricks (Sharkey) of Lake City; her daughter Sheree Easton of Mt. Vernon, IL; her grandchildren, Kyle Ronat of Austin, TX, Jordan Ronat (Brittany) of Mt. Vernon, IL, Andrea Joseph of Austin, TX, Timothy Stehley of Mt Vernon, IL and Ryann Stehley of Austin, TX; her great grandchildren, Jack Joseph, Acee Joseph of Austin, TX, Esme Ronat and Emily Ronat of Mt Vernon, IL; her son-in-law Mike Clark; and her siblings, Leon Hendricks (Judy) of Lake City, Joan Schaffer of Lake City and Glenda Hendricks of Lake City. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left for the Muscular Dystrophy Association in honor of Shirley's grandson Christopher Weeks.
