He was predeceased by: his parents, George Stewart and Elizabeth Stewart (Friedrichsen); his wife Betty L. Beck; his son Thomas E. Stewart; his siblings, Glen Stewart, Ethel Stewart, Sadie Speaker (Larry), Lucille Dahnke (Gerald), Donald Stewart, Gertrude Raney (Lewis), Floyd Stewart (Berniece) and Esther Pearson (Roy); and his nephew Dennis Stewart.
He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth (Richard) of Morristown, MN; his granddaughter Sarah James (Jesse) of Waseca, MN; his great grandchildren, Carson, Parker, Peyton of Waseca, MN., Sam Prescher and Seth Prescher; his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Beck of Cherokee, IA, Donna Pigott Mummert of Plano, TX. and Gen Stewart of Fulda, MN; and his close friends, Jerry and Julie Berglund.
