He is survived by: his wife Joyce Bollhoefer of Laurel; his children, Bonnie Ohrt (Mark) of Haverhill, Connie Allen (Scott) of Laurel, Jim Bollhoefer (Dawn) of Newton and Ron Bollhoefer (Kim) of Garwin; his grandchildren, Casey Faircloth (Joel), Wesley Ohrt, Ashley Allen, Candace Aikin (Dustin), Jacob Bollhoefer (Megan), Katie Miller, Stephanie Beintema (Luke), Lacy Bollhoefer and Shayna Steele (Garrett); and his sister Esther Schmidt of Newton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
