It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Richard Fisher of Le Claire, Iowa, born in Elkhart, Indiana, who passed away on April 23, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Aubrey Fisher and Sarah Fisher (Gross); and his siblings, Velma Kohler, Eugene Fisher, Irene Felt, Helen Scott, John Fisher, Maxine Whiteside and Vivian Guy.

He is survived by : his wife Paulette Hansen; his children, Rebecca Rosenberg (Gary), Elizabeth Mink (Bradley), Diane Velma Fisher (Jeff), Kathleen Fitzgerald (John) and Sean McNeal (Melissa Busovsky-McNeal); his grandchildren, James C. Mink (Isabelle Murray), Dr. Marissa Rosenberg (Jocelyn), Jeffrey Mink, Mark Rosenberg, Daniel Brown (Karissa), Alyssa Penrod (Tyler), Eoin Fitzgerald and Delaney Fitzgerald; and his great grandchild Rosemary Willa Brown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
