We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2021, at the age of 83, Jo Anne Buchanan of Le Claire, Iowa, born in Aurora, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Frank Witchousky and Helen Witchousky (Thayer); her children, Jorie Anne and Jeffrey Alan; her grandchildren, Emelia Ellen and Benjamin James; her children-in-law, Kirk Carson of Davenport, Iowa and Jennifer; her grandson Benjamin Buchanan of Good Thunder, Minnesota; and her brother Peter Witchousky of Springfield, Illinois..

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jo Anne's name can be made to the Le Claire Public Library.
