He was predeceased by : his parents, Philip Thomas and Barbara Hansen (Brenner). He is survived by : his sisters, Jodi Hansen and Jill Fisher; and his close friends, Vicki Gomez and Ronda Berg. He is also survived by aunt, uncle and many cousins.
