She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Emily Puhl (Brian Chang) of Oakland, CA, Erin Puhl (Andrew Smith) of Washington, DC, Kevin Puhl (Brette Dowson) of Des Moines, IA and David Puhl of Indianapolis, IN; her parents, James Kloewer and Rita Kloewer of Panama, IA; her siblings, Cynthia Connolly (Joseph) of Council Bluffs, IA, Daniel Kloewer (Carol Stessman) of Omaha, NE, Dean Kloewer (Colleen) of Panama, IA, William Kloewer (Janet) of Johnston, IA and Ramona Crall (Mark) of Panama, IA; her siblings-in-law, Mary Smith of Sioux City, Patrick Puhl and Eileen Hora (Curtis); her parents-in-law, Robert and Roseen Puhl; and her brother-in-law Roger Smith. She was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has designated memorials to Gehlen Catholic Schools Endowment Fund, Mission Honduras Le Mars and Shelby County Iowa Bicycle Trails.
