With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cory Brandy Thompson (Leon, Iowa), born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on August 24, 2019 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James, Sarah Buckingham and Shirley Grimm (Ernest); his father Marvin Thompson; his aunt Janice Hatch; his uncle Cleo Craven; and his cousin Todd Harper.
He is survived by: his mother Jane Ellen Thompson (Buckingham); his stepfather Clint Vonk; his sister Stacy; his brother-in-law Gregg Blackford; his aunts, Judy Craven, Jeannette Buckingham, Marilyn Wilson and Kathy Olmsted; and also, Brandiss, Said Barbosa, Darcy and Marcus Khan. He is also survived by many cousins, other relatives and friends.
