She is survived by: her mother Virginia Mallory (Nichols) of Jefferson; her husband Marty Allen Adair of Leon, Iowa; her daughters, Candy Tounsley (Nate) and Joclyn Fitzpatrick (Tim Smith); her stepchildren, Megan Johnson of Leon and Brandon Adair of Osceola, Iowa; her grandchildren, Jamie, Madolyn and Kyah; her parent Dean Mallory; her siblings, Pam Mallory of Jefferson, Tammy Gomez of Des Moines, Penny Bos of Des Moines and Rick Mallory of Jefferson; and her mother-in-law Pat Adair of Leon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
