He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harvey and Halah Mae Crawford (McVey); his husband Hugh; his siblings, Virginia Auxier, Betty Helt, Robert Crawford and Kenneth Crawford; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Baker, Mary Crawford, Marie Crawford, Gerald Baker, Russell Helt and Maurice Auxier.
He is survived by: his children, Kathrine Louise, Ronald Gibbs of Chino Valley, Carl Bert Joy of Humeston, Barbara Colleen and Mark Hewitt of Humeston; his great grandchildren, Breanna Lorene Guilford and Carlisle Joy Storm; his brother James Crawford of Des Moines; his sister-in-law Carol Crawford of Garden Grove; and also, Anthony Scott Gibbs (Kari) of Chandler, Nathan Joshua Storm (Thera) of San Diego and Kayla Beth Seaman (Jody) of Lakewood, Colorado.
