She was predeceased by: her parents, William Rabinak and Marie Rabinak (Formanek); her husband Donald Edward Novak of Montfort; her sister Mildred Das; her brother-in-law John Das; and her niece Susan Das.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie Ballantyne (Richard) of Lamoni, Betty Engen (Mark) of Rowlett and Cynthia Ann Smith (Gregory) of Grand Rapids, Michigan; her grandchildren, Chadley Ballantyne (Laura) of DeLand, Jennifer Bartles (Curtis) of Des Moines, Nathanial Ballantyne (Sarah) of Kansas City, Phillip Engen (Krista) of Woodridge, Brittany Benson (Jeffrey) of Dallas and Kimberly Engen of Addison, Texas; her great grandchildren, Walter Ballantyne, Marcus, Joshua Bartles, Gianna Rose Engen, Charles and Thomas Benson; her stepgrandchildren, Brent Smith of Fort Wayne, Heather Erb (Matthew) of Fort Wayne and Bryan Smith of North Hollywood, California; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Chance Smith and Jacob Erb of Fort Wayne, Indiana.; and her sibling's children, Bruce Das (Amy), Charles Novak (Linda), Lynn Ann Hulick (Brent) and Kathy Novak Aldrich.
