She is survived by: her parents, James Lisle and Gladys Leone Smith (Myers); her granddaughters, Denise Simmons, Tom Arnold of Murray, Stacie Ury and Ed Ury of Blythedale; her great grandchildren, Corbin, Mason, Jen Ameigh, Thane Simmons, Kayden Ury and Karsyn Ury; her sister Karen George (Joe) of Corydon; and her siblings-in-law, Christine Smith of Madrid, Hazel Smith of Decatur, Ladine Palmer of Leon and Carrel Palmer of Garden Grove. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
