She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Edward and Minnie Ethel Craig (Bennett); her stepmother Gertie Craig; her husband Chick Gilliland; her son Michael; and her brothers, Basil, Willard, Emmett, John, Neil, Cletus and Roe Craig.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly, Robert, Bev (Larry Reeves), Zula (Gary Patterson), Robbie (Monna Gilliland) and Tina Townsend of San Bernardino, California; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Anthony, Megan, Jennifer, Jason, Donnie, Jamie, Lucas, Jessie, Jesse, Kayla, Tara, Haley and Ivan; her sister Berniece Hoffman of Mt. Ayr, Iowa; her sister-in-law Liz Beaty of Lamoni, Iowa; and her close friend Norma Becker of Grand River, Iowa. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, four great, great grandchildren.
