We bid farewell to Phyllis Mae Williams of Decatur, Iowa, born in Leon, Iowa, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 5, 2025 at the age of 79. Phyllis touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Eugene and Hazel Mae Christensen (Rumley); her sister Sharon Kay Tyler; and her nephew Rusty Bair. She is survived by: her husband Herman Williams of Decatur, Iowa; her children, Patricia, Steve Barger (Carolyn) of Indianola, Bryan Williams (Micra) of Decatur, Niki Williams-Zamastil of Decatur and Shakota Williams; her granddaughters, Hannah Zamastil and Cora Williams; her great grandchild Myakl Williams Stoca; and her brothers, Don Christensen (Marcia) of St. Joseph and Dennis Christensen (Kathy) of Leon, Iowa.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Slade - O'Donnell Funeral Home (103 NE Mill St, Leon, IA 50144). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
