He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Elaine Brown of Grand River, Iowa; his siblings, Sharilyn Aragon (Andrew) of Albuquerque and Bob Stark (Donna) of Wendell; his children, Ronald "Doug" Stark (Cindy) of Ellston, Dennis Stark of Grand River and Sheila Millard (Robert) of Durant, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Katie Harris (Chad), Courtney Pierschbacher (Weston), Patrick Stark, Paige Rouse (Michael), Alyssa Stark (Gregg Anderson), Taylor Lamb (Jason), Austin Millard and Derek Millard (Dani); and his great grandchildren, Kaylie, Kye Harris, Burke Pierschbacher, Logan, Liam Rouse, Jude Stark, Samuel, Annie, Trey Lamb and Willow Darlene Millard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
