He is survived by: his wife Virginia Lynn "Becky" McKee; his children, Mark Edward McElfish of Lineville, IA, Matthew Ryan McElfish (Allyson) and Marquitta Lynn McElfish of Columbia, MO; his grandchildren, Sierra McElfish-Argo (Donald), Erica Kauzlarich, Cinzie McElfish and Rhett McElfish; and his great grandchild Emilee Argo of Leon, IA.
