He was predeceased by: his parents, Elgin R Lewis and Cora Lewis (Sorber); his wife Connie Anderson; and his siblings, Cecil, Virgil, Darold and Doris Derry.
He is survived by: his children, Shawn Lewis (Julie) of Kasson, MN, Shane Lewis (Natalie) of Fort Wayne, IN and Melissa Johnson (Brian) of Ellsworth, WI; his grandchildren, Calvin Lewis, Laney Lewis (Joel), Jacie Lewis, Emily Yagel (Justin), Brooklyn Lewis (Levi), Kayla Dukart (Chris) and Cory Speer (Katlyn); his great grandchildren, Karlee and Keegan; and his sister Lois Schramm.
