He is survived by: his former wife Janice Ramaker; the mother of his children Janice Hovey of Le Roy, MN; his children, Rochelle Feine (Steve) of Amelia, OH, Brian Hovey of Lime Springs, IA and Jodi Zander (Doug) of Bismarck, ND; his grandchildren, Justin Feine (Sarah) of Greendale, IN, Tyler Feine of Cincinnati, OH, Bailianna Thompson of Yorba Linda, CA, Noah of Bismarck, ND, Madison of Bismarck, ND, Dominic of Bismarck, ND and Veronica Zander of Bismarck, ND; and his siblings, Pat Soland of Preston, MN, Mary Sikkink (Dave) of Preston, MN and Joan O'Connor (Chuck) of Harmony, MN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
