It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Curtis of Lime Springs, Iowa, who passed away on June 7, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Curtis and Ancille Curtis (Fordham); and his brother Gary Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Janet Tointon; his children, Curt Curtis (Natasha) of Lime Springs, Candy Niewoehner (Brent Swygman) of Lime Springs and Chad Curtis (Sara) of Sherburn, MN; his grandchildren, Emily Bjugan-Hanson, Carlynn Curtis, Cora Curtis, Jessica Curtis, Ross, Rose, Chase Niewoehner, Morgan, Luke and Evelyn Curtis; his great grandchild Zakai; and his siblings, Mike Curtis (Rami) of Rochester, MN, James Curtis of Rochester, Jay Curtis of Red Wing, MN, John Curtis of Rochester, Lisa Hageman (Loell) of Calmar, IA, Cindy Figy of Rochester, Randy Curtis (Maron) of Austin, MN and Sally Curtis of Omaha, NE. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
