He is survived by: his wife Donna Gates; his children, Steve and Shelley Bolton (Dan) of Farmington, MN.; his grandchildren, Caleb Bolton (Missy), Evan Bolton (Patty) and Ashlea Anderson (Jeremy); and his siblings, Elinor Taylor, Connie Ihrke (Roger) of Elgin, MN and David Foote (Vickie) of Fate, TX.
