Sue E. Richter Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sue E. Richter of Lime Springs, Iowa, born in Rochester, Minnesota, who passed away on December 17, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Paul Mathison and June Mathison (Meisner); her husband Tim Richter; her children, David and Denise Rathke (Brian); her pets, Speckles, Biggeatsy and Lucky; her siblings, Alan Mathison (Linda) and Eloise Skaggs (Gary) of Preston; and her sister-in-law Connie Richter of Lime Springs. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to HoCA (Howard Cancer Association) & Humane Society of Northeast Iowa in Decorah, IA.
