It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arnold Thompson of Logan, Iowa, who passed away on May 25, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Thompson and Leona Thompson (Stier); his son Randy Thompson; his sister Phyllis Wax; and his pet Lonesome.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Thompson of Missouri Valley; his daughter Rhonda Leonard (Mike) of Logan, Iowa; and his siblings, Loren Boyens (Sheila) of Sioux Falls, Dianna Beck (Roger) of Sioux City, Randy Thompson of Onawa, June Neddermeyer (Melvin) of Charter Oak, Steve Boyens (Char) of Palm Coast, Bruce Thompson of Smithland and Pat Penning (Lowell) of LeMars, Iowa. He is also survived by five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
