With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Uitenbroek (Long Grove, Iowa), born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 5, 2018 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Mark; her parents, Nathan Baker and Lucille Baker; and her brother-in-law Jim Severson. She is survived by: her siblings, Convent, Donna (William Showers), Bonnie Severson, Rod (Laurie Baker), Robert (Marilyn Baker) and Luanne (John Fajans). She is also survived by her three sons, their wives, and her eight grandchildren.
