He is survived by: his wife Elaine Burkey; his children, Jeff (Jodi) of Dubuque, Jean Manning (Randy) of Maquoketa and Jolene Hancock of Oglesby, IL; his grandchildren, Mallory, Hailey, Hunter Manning and Tony Hancock; and his great grandchild Jayce Merkle.
