It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roberta Meyer of Luther, Iowa, born in Fayette, Iowa, who passed away on January 2, 2021, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald I. Meyer and Donna G. Meyer (Barney); her sisters, Martha Carpenter (Meyer) and Gertrude Marsch (Meyer); her brothers-in-law, Earl G. Marsch and Robert E. Carpenter; and her nephews, David L. Carpenter and Gary D. Marsch.
She is survived by : her nieces, Nancy McClanahan and Donna Hoffmann (Scott); her nieces-in-law, Joyce Marsch and Kathleen Carpenter; and her nephews, D. J. Carpenter (Geri), Dennis Carpenter (Rosa) and Daniel Carpenter (Kristie). She is also survived by great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the Dubuque Humane Society and Luther Manor.
