He was predeceased by : his parents, Jerry Kintzle and Marlene Kintzle (Ernst); and his grandparents, Allen, Maude Ernst, Peter and Anna Kintzle.

He is survived by : his children, Kurtis Kintzle (Tabitha Yarolim) of Maquoketa, IA, Sara Bahl (Josh) and Amanda Meggers; and his close friend Vickie Shaffer. He is also survived by 2 granddaughters, 6 step-grandchildren.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a Gary Allen Kintzle memorial fund has been established.
