She is survived by: her former husband Ronald Rutherford; her sister Judy Potter (Wayne) of Maquoketa, IA; and her siblings-in-law, Dave Heim of Cascade, IA and Deb Shady of Lawton, OK.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorials may be made to Jackson Ridge Healthcare Center in Maquoketa or Hospice of Jackson County.
