She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Hamilton and Hazel Hamilton (Thomas); her husband Jim Rankin; her son David; and her sister Margaret Johnson.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Kelly Marshall and Jami Coppess (Mike) of Clinton, IA; and her daughter-in-law Joy Rankin of Boone, IA.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Carson Celebration (318 W Pleasant St, Maquoketa, IA 52060). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorials may be made to Hospice of Jackson County.
