He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Morehead and Beulah Morehead (Bollinger); his daughters, Janet Lee and Jan Ellen; his siblings, Leonard, Carroll, Gordon "Bud", Claire, Donna Ripple and Maxine Reistroffer; and his great grandchild Lauren Lynn Weis.
He is survived by: his wife LaVonne Pearl Clark; his children, Stuart "Lynn" Morehead (Karen) of Maquoketa, IA, LuAnn Cahill (Marty Thole) of Maquoketa, IA and Angie McClintock (Mike) of Harrison, AR; his grandchildren, April Till (CJ Wilhelm), Erin Weis (Matt), Austin Cahill (Vanessa), Tim Morehead (Maisie), Levi Larkey (Brittni), Nate Cahill (Kimberly) and Brandi Tomasich (Fowler); and his siblings, Paul Morehead of Maquoketa, IA, Kenneth Morehead (Laurie) of Bernard, IA and Shirley Huffman of Maquoketa, IA..
It will be required to utilize face masks and to observe social distancing guidelines during the visitation and services.
