Wanetta B. Nims Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wanetta B. Nims of Maquoketa, Iowa, who passed away on December 23, 2020 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Entringer and Cecile Entringer (Clark); and her husband Vernon "Spud" Nims Sr.. She is survived by: her son Vernon "Bub" Nims Jr. (Robin) of Maquoketa, IA; her grandchildren, Holly Collins (Scott), Megan Simmons (Kyle) and Michael Nims (Birdgette Goetzinger); and her great grandchildren, Dylan Monroe and Bryant Simmons.
It will be required to utilize face masks and to observe social distancing guidelines during the visitation and services.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorials may be made to the Jackson County Humane Society.
