We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2022, at the age of 99, Charles Alvin Ziesemer of Marion, Iowa, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Ziesemer and Ella Ziesemer (Behnke); his wife Evelyn Ziesemer; and his grandson James A. Ziesemer. He is survived by: his children, Allan Ziesemer (Karla) of Omaha, Diana Hinton of Marion and Sharon Lundin (Roger) of Savannah, Georgia; his grandchildren, Christopher Hinton (Lydia), Matthew Hinton and Kristen Rogers (William); and his great grandchildren, Brennen, Braeden and Collin.
