It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Steffes (Marion, Iowa), born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on April 26, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Steffes and Joan Steffes; his father-in-law Don Stuefen; and his siblings-in-law, Rodney Clark and Vicki Steffes.
He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Scott Steffes of Cedar Rapids, Christy Braden (Butch) of Colesburg, Jennifer Claypool (Josh) of Marion and Lori Steffes (Tyler) of Marion; his grandchildren, Clayton, Chase, Kyann, MaKaylee, Calen, Kinley, Kiaya and Tyce; his siblings, Dennis Steffes of Marion and Sue Clark of Cedar Rapids; and his mother-in-law Marlys Stuefen of Cedar Rapids. He is also survived by his 5 nephews.
