He is survived by: his wife Mary Norman Stuelke; his grandchildren, Josie Chandler (Derek Andre), Shelby Himschoot (Mathew), Elizabeth Roemer (Joe), Megan Stuart (Shayne), Brittany Stuelke, Alex Chandler-Minner, Joanna Weber, Andrew Daniels, Zachary Parker (John), Sean Stuelke (Molly), Samuel Weber (Odeth), Abbie Parker, Ian Stuelke (Katie) and Jonathan Stuelke; his great grandchildren, Jhayde Stuart, Jhordyn Stuart, Layla Andre, Lydia Roemer, Trystan Stuelke, Bethany Roemer, Justice Stuart, Charley Stuelke, Landon Andre, Joseph Roemer, Jaxxon Stuart and Levi Roemer; and also, Linda Chandler of Iowa City, Steve Chandler (Sandy) of Melbourne, John Stuelke (Lesia) of Center Point, Lisa Weber (Tony) of Marion and Wendy Parker (Larry Daniels) of Cedar Rapids.
Following his 89th birthday, his last Facebook post proclaimed "I have a perfect life." Memorial donations may be given to Charles' family to be distributed to his favorite charities.
