He is survived by: his wife Jolene Ott; his children, David Ott (Shannon), Terese Culbertson (Brad) and Philip Ott (Kris); his granddaughters, Avery, Hailey, Maki Culbertson and Poppy Ott; his sisters, Dorothy Dzingel and Kay Williams (Jack); and his siblings-in-law, Lauren Ameling (Mary) and Carol Ameling. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
