It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis R. O'Brien of Marion, Iowa, who passed away on December 6, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph O'Brien and Augusta O'Brien (Mortenson); and his siblings, Lawrence, Joseph Jr., Francis, Maurice, Charles, Earl, Louis O'Brien, Alice Widmer and Lucy Lockwood.
He is survived by: his wife Janet O'Brien of Marion; his son Jeremy O'Brien (Shauna Lorenzo-Rivero) of Chattanooga, Tennessee; and his siblings, James O'Brien of Fargo, Dale O'Brien (Carolyn) of Gilbert, Lloyd O'Brien of Westchester, Illinois, Lillian Moug (Edward) of Mesa and Mary Emke of Ankeny, Iowa. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
