He was predeceased by: his wife Marion; and his siblings, Curtis, George, Wayne, Opal Conn, Eileen Wagner, Rita Butler and Ruby Schwarting.
He is survived by: his children, Denise Ammeter (Darwin) of Solon and Norman (Sharon Oglesby) of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Matthew, Josh, Danielle, Shane and Cameron; and his parents, John McCallister and Ocie Martin McCallister. He is also survived by four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
