He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hendricks and Betty Hendricks (Ohlweiler). He is survived by: his son Brian Hendricks of Phoenix, AZ; his sister Debbie Reep (James) of Marion, IA; and his grandchild Atheana. He is also survived by six nieces and nine great-nieces and nephews.
