He is survived by: his wife Helen Blanche Combs; his daughters, Andrea Schindler (John) of Marion and Caprice Rich (Walter) of Amana, Iowa; his grandchildren, Meghan Yurchisin (Jerry) of Alexandria, Virginia, Bailey Steffen (Jon) of Dunkerton and Dalton Schindler of Marion; his great grandchildren, Belle, Scarlett and Landon Steffen; his stepgrandchildren, Lucus Pitcher, MaKenzie, Hayden and Jaxson Randall; and also Lisa Randall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
