We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2021, at the age of 85, Francis Dale Barrick (Marion, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Barrick and Sylvia Bernice Barrick (Ayers); and his siblings, Harry, Ray, Clarence, Charles Barrick and Betty Barrick.
He is survived by: his wife Lola Barrick of Center Point; his children, Jeffrey Barrick of Center Point, Cindy Franzen (Lester) of Waverly, Laurie Barrick of Cedar Rapids and Jody Shields (Terry) of Denver, Colorado; his brother Jerry Barrick (Leita) of Marshalltown, Iowa; and his grandchildren, Josie Anderson, Stephanie Strong (Zack), Mark Ruiz, Kelly Franzen, Shawn Franzen and Rachel Wellman (Andrew). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
All guests are respectfully requested to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family in his memory, to be designated later.
