He is survived by: his former wife Roberta Dayton; his children, Tammy Rutherford, Chris Rutherford (Stephanie Huston) and Carrie Witt (Kevin); his former wife Bonnie Talbot; his wife Thelma McGuire Ash; and his stepchildren, Eric Ash (Kimm), Jeffery Ash (Jeannie Hinricks), Jason Ash (Holly Dingman) and Monica Ash Moore (Stephene).
Gene Raymond Rutherford, 76, of Marion, Iowa, died Sunday, February 16, 2020, at Grandview Heath Center in Oelwein, Iowa, following a nine month bout with Alzheimer's.
