He is survived by: his wife Jean McNamara of Marion; his children, Tracy Slaughter (Todd) of Robins, Kyle McNamara of Marion and Mathew McNamara of Marion; his grandchildren, Teegon, Tia Slaughter, Emily and Austin McNamara; and his siblings, Dave McNamara (Ruth), Dan McNamara of Anamosa, Linda Weiler of Anamosa and Therese Hartwig (Jim) of Olin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
