She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Zajicek and Anna Marie Zajicek (Svoboda); her husband Tom; her daughter Linda Rhodes; her grandson Jacob Driscoll; and her siblings, Frank Zajicek, Jr., Clarence Zajicek, Leonard Zajicek, Joseph Zajicek, Cecilia Scott and Betty Hamm.
She is survived by: her children, Marian Loeffler (Mike), Wanda Gordon (Vance), Gary Driscoll (Lin), Carol Davis (Brian), Joan Forsyth (Steve), Brenda Bertrand (Scott), Gregg Driscoll (Kim), Brian Driscoll (Sue) and Sheila Speral (Paul); and her son-in-law Roy Rhodes.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Helen's memory may be directed to St. Joseph Catholic Church or Hospice of Mercy.
