He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Evelyn Gritten Hoover and Herbert Ovid Hoover. He is survived by: his wife Martha Lou White; his siblings, Sherry Mutterer (Bud) and Dennis Hoover (Lu); and his sisters-in-law, Marilyn White and Patricia Hossack. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
