He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Parmenter and Ella Mae Parmenter; his son Jene; his brothers, Jene and Wayne; and his stepsiblings, Forrest Parmenter, Grace Cosper and Rennis Stackhouse.
He is survived by: his children, Jon Parmenter (Carolyn) of Van Horne and Jan Redmond (Denny) of Swisher; his grandchildren, Dan Parmenter (Jamie) of Isle and Jessica Pierce (Matt) of Houston, Texas; his great grandchildren, Mason, Olivia, Jaxon Parmenter, Lilly and Grace Pierce; and his wife Marcia Parmenter. He is also survived by his parents and grandparents.
