He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hoover and Wilhelmina Hoover (Notbohm); his siblings, Celeste, Marilyn and Glenn; and his daughters, Lorinda and Michele Hoover.
He is survived by: his spouse Mavee; and his children, Dan Hoover (Louri), Jeffrey Hoover (Judith) and Roxanne (Dennis). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
